Event: International Day of the Midwife

Location: University of Cape Coast Auditorium, Central Region.
Description: The International Day of the Midwife, 5 May, is a day to celebrate the life-saving work of the world’s midwives. The 2016 Day of the Midwife will be commemorated in the Cape Coast Municipality, Central Region under the theme: “Women and Newborns: the heart of midwifery”.
The First Lady HE Lordina Mahama, the Minister of Health Mr. Alex Segbefia and Deputy Director General of Ghana Health Service Dr. Gloria Quansah- Asare are schedule to speak.
