INTRODUCING THE GHANA STATISTICAL SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS GROUP (GSSDPG).

 

The Ghana Statistical Service Development Partners Group (GSSDPG) is a collaborative platform of International Development Agencies that directly support the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS). The group aims to facilitate coordinated engagement, build consensus, and advocate on critical issues related to statistical data production and coordination in Ghana. Additionally, it fosters collaboration and responsiveness to emerging needs, with a focus on achieving tangible results. This joint effort is intended to lead to the effective and efficient use of resources while promoting accountability within the GSS.

 

The group meets quarterly to share information, discuss common concerns among its members, and identify areas of synergy for joint action. The group produces a quarterly newsletter to showcase key activities, highlight development partner support to GSS, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
