The United Nations Population Fund requests Proposals for the Provision of Cleaning Services for its offices in Accra. Request for clarification must be sent to nusetor@unfpa.org not later than 8th August, 2016.
As the subject, indicate: UNFPA/GHA/RFP/16/001 Request for Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with internationally accepted practices and requirement stated in the RFP.
UNFPA reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or whole, any or all of the Proposals at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The costs of preparing the RFP and Negotiating the Contract are not reimbursable by UNFPA.
Proposals must be valid for 120 days from the deadline of submission. UNFPA will make its best effort to select a Firm within this period.
