If you have answered yes, then we invite you to apply to our Youth Leaders (YoLe) Fellowship Program!
UNFPA Ghana is seeking ten of the brightest and most ambitious youth in Ghana to be a part of our Fellowship Program.
This exciting development opportunity will see ten YoLE Fellows join us at UNFPA Ghana for a period of one year (17th September 2018 - August 2019). Fellows will undergo leadership training, gain on-the job work experience, receive monthly professional development training, mentoring from senior management and the opportunity to develop an end-of year project.
UNFPA recognizes the untapped potential of young people in Ghana. We want to channel your energy and creativity to develop solutions in the UNFPA Ghana Office.
Our goal is to provide you with the essential tools, skillsets and work experience that will empower you to realize your career goals, we are looking for you to provide us with insights and ideas that will enable us to be more aligned with the solutions to the challenges of youth on- ground and in the community.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated interest and dedication to development issues established through either volunteer experience, work experience, affiliations with a youth network or NGO, in areas of UNFPA’s mandate (see http://www.unfpa.org/about-us)
- Must be a graduate of a Ghanaian university between the ages of 18 to 25 years old.
- Commit one year to being a UNFPA Youth Leaders Fellow
- Must be proactive and possess strong inter-personal skills

Duration:
The Fellowship Program is a one-year program beginning 17 September 2018 to August 2019.
