Achieving SDG 5, is at the heart of the UN system in Ghana. The UN system led by UNFPA together with stakeholders continue to work towards achieving gender equality amid the COVID-19 pandemic. They have held several fora to expound on the 2020 theme of World Population Day “Putting the brakes on COVID-19: how to safeguard the health and rights of women and girls now”.
