The State of World Population report 2013 by UNFPA expounds Motherhood in childhood as a huge global problem, especially in developing countries, where every day 20,000 girls below age 18 give birth. This problem exists in Ghana hence this documentary to bring out the realities on the ground. It is also to find out what the challenges of adolescent pregnancy are and what can be done to ensure girls have a healthy and safe transition into adulthood. Clearly, giving birth at 18 means these girls were already into motherhood as children.
