Position: Under the overall guidance of the Representative and direct supervision of the Procurement Associate, the Individual Consultant is to scout for and identify suitable government properties that can be
utilized as office space for UNFPA and WFP.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s in engineering/business/economics/construction preferred but not a must. At least five (5) years of proven experience in real estate or related field, especially property scouting. Candidate should have a good understanding and knowledge of the real estate of the Government of Ghana and their various locations. Representative, dynamic and result oriented person with strong drive, communication, and
commercial skill. Flexibility - very good negotiation and analytical skills.
